Mr. Ini Utuk - Chairman
Mr. Utuk is a businessman with over 23 years experience in organisational development and management. He holds BSc. and MBA degrees of Northern Illinois University and Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma, USA. He is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Verini Ventures Limited, Tuin Ventures Limted and Verini Construction Limited. He is a member of the Nigerian Italian Chamber of Commerce as well as the International Christian Chamber of Commerce.
Elder Mrs. Ukeme Esang
She is a retired public servant and Chief Executive Officer of Priceless Treasures Limited, a major merchandising company in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Elder Esang also sits on the board of Gukani Limited, an agro allied company. She is a member of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce where she served as Vice President, Finance (1996-1999)She) and a life member of the Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship International.
Mrs. N. A. Roberts
holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Management Studies from the University of Calabar. She has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector having worked with Federal Mortgage Bank, Manilla Insurance and the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation NDIC. She is currently Group Managing Director of Serob Group, Abuja.
Ubong Awah
holds an LL.B and MSc. (Accounting) degrees of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria and the London School of Economics respectively. In addition, he holds a Harvard University post-graduate certificate in Financial Institutions and Enterprise Development and is a specialist in business origination and risk management. He is currently the managing director of XDS Solutions, Nigeria.
Mrs. Comfort Obot Essien – B.Sc. [Hons], MBA, AIIN
Mrs. Comfort Obot Essien is an insurance practitioner with more than 16 years experience in the insurance industry. She is the General Manager/ Chief Executive Officer of Anchor Insurance Company Limited. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics/Statistics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She represents Anchor Insurance Company Limited on the Board of Evergreen Pensions Limited.
Mr. Clement Etim John
Clement Etim John holds a B.Sc (Hons) and an MBA from University of Lagos and Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma respectively. Clement has over 17 years experience in banking during which time he headed various key desks - including, treasury operations, trade finance, corporate banking and energy – and was branch and later regional manager. He joined Evergreen Pensions from Nubain Limited, an Oil and Gas Company where he was Executive Director, Finance/Corporate Services. He has attended several courses locally and internationally.
